PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs cancellation requests relating to orders placed on KMKPARIS.COM.

By confirming an order on the website, the customer accepts the conditions described below.

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

The customer may request cancellation of their order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

Any request must be sent as soon as possible to:

If the order has not yet been prepared or handed to the carrier, a full refund may be issued.

2. ORDERS ALREADY DISPATCHED

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

The customer must then wait to receive the parcel and submit a return request in accordance with KMK PARIS’s Return and Refund Policy.

3. PREORDER PRODUCTS

Products offered for preorder may be cancelled before dispatch.

However, KMK PARIS reserves the right to retain certain costs incurred in the event of an abusive or repeated request.

4. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS OR SPECIAL EDITIONS

Orders containing:

- personalised products;
- limited editions;
- made-to-order products;

cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

5. FRAUD OR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

KMK PARIS reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

- suspected fraud;
- abusive use of the website;
- a payment dispute;
- manifestly incorrect information.

6. REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION

When a cancellation is accepted, the refund is issued through the payment method used for the order.

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
